Simple version: we only ask for what we need to run reviews, feedback and catering quote requests properly.

What we collect
If you sign in to leave a review, we may receive your name, email address and profile image from your Google account. This helps us reduce spam and show real customer reviews.
If you send private feedback, you can optionally include an email address so we can reply.
If you request a catering quote, we collect the event date, order choices, collection or delivery details, name, phone number and any notes you include.
How we use it
Reviews are displayed publicly on our Reviews page. Feedback is kept private and is used by Rock Paper Sisters to improve the food, stall experience and website.
Catering quote requests are kept private and used to prepare and respond to your quote.
Where it is stored
Review, feedback and catering quote data is stored in Supabase, the secure backend service used by this website.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your details for unrelated advertising.
Removing your data
If you want a review removed or need help with a catering quote request, contact Rock Paper Sisters through Instagram and tell us which message is yours.
